  6. New payment method - GeM Pool Account (GPA) launched to enable sellers to make payments within 10 days.
  7. Payment delays were classified as red/orange Aadhaar numbers to make buyers accountable for faster payment processing.
  8. Penalized sellers for each proven event raised against them with an impact on their ratings.
  9. Sellers have the option to cancel the purchase order directly from the "RED" classified buyer, without imposing any penalty on their seller rating.
